1. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry on this website: your name, phone number, email address, the package you are interested in, travel month, number of travellers, budget, departure city and your message.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person: the details you share with us in those conversations.
When you book a trip: the details needed to make your bookings, such as the full names, dates of birth and nationality of travellers, passport details and copies, photographs and documents for visas, and payment records. We collect these directly from you, not through this website.
This website does not take online payments and does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you quotes and itineraries
- To book flights, hotels, transfers, activities, insurance and visas for you
- To stay in touch before and during your trip
- To keep records required by law, including tax and accounting records
We will only send you offers or travel updates if you agree to receive them, and every message tells you how to stop them.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to arrange your trip, with:
- Airlines, hotels, transport companies and local tour operators
- Insurance companies, if you buy travel insurance through us
- Embassies, consulates and visa application centres, when we help with your visa
- Service providers who run this website, such as our website host and form service (Netlify), and Google, whose maps and fonts appear on our pages
- Government authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information.
Some of these organisations are outside India, for example hotels and airlines at your destination, foreign embassies, and our website host. Your information may therefore be processed outside India, only for the purposes above.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you make a booking. Booking records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. We delete passport and visa document copies within 90 days of your return, unless the law requires us to keep them.
5. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it
- Ask us to delete it, where we no longer need it or the law does not require us to keep it
- Withdraw your consent, for example to marketing messages
- Nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to
- Raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied

6. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. Google may set cookies through the map on our Contact page and the fonts on our pages. You can block these in your browser settings.
7. Security
We limit access to your information to staff who need it, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please avoid sending passport copies over open channels unless we ask you to.
8. Children
We collect information about children only from a parent or guardian, for the purpose of booking their travel.
