Day 1Arrival in Nairobi
Welcome at the airport and transfer to your Nairobi hotel. After lunch, visit the Nairobi National Museum and the Giraffe Centre to hand-feed Rothschild’s giraffes. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 2Nairobi – Lake Naivasha – Elementaita
Guided walking safari and boat ride at Crescent Island on Lake Naivasha, with views of Mount Longonot, then on to Lake Elementaita for birdwatching. Overnight at Elementaita.
Day 3Lake Nakuru National Park
Full-day game drive with packed lunch, looking for flamingos, white and black rhinos, lions, leopards and more. Overnight at Elementaita.
Day 4Elementaita – Masai Mara
Drive to the Masai Mara for lunch at your lodge and an afternoon game drive across the savannah. Overnight in the Masai Mara.
Day 5Full day in the Masai Mara
Full-day safari with packed lunch in search of the Big Five. The Great Migration crosses the Mara River between July and November. Optional sunrise hot air balloon safari (USD 500). Overnight in the Masai Mara.
Day 6Masai Mara – Nairobi
Visit a traditional Maasai village, then drive back to Nairobi with a lunch stop, and a city tour and shopping if time allows. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 7Nairobi departure
Breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
